Adventure part 2: back to home depot....lowes?

Yesterday my teammates and I went to home depot to take a look at the materials together and semi- brainstormed on how we would put together the cross. Nothing is set, only that we are going forward with masonite panel instead of acrylic. But on Tuesday when we went to Home Depot there was a miscommunication on which Home Depot to go to and Dan was unable to meet up with the rest of the teammate (jon, jen, rickey) so we all decided to fill him in on the plans on wednesday.

WEDNESDAY

Dan, jon and I discussed what materials to use and debated on whether or not to try to go to lowes to see if they were cheaper in terms of price. We found out that Lowes do not charge for the first two cuts and every cut after that is 25 cents, if we were to buy the masonite board from them (but they didnt not carry masonite panels). Jon called Lowes to ask them if they carried masonite panels, but they were unsure of what kind of materials that we were referring to. So assuming that it was a hardware store and since Home Depot carried it, we thought that there is no reason why Lowes wouldnt carry it too, but they didnt. Then we decided to go to Home Depot Thursday to get the panels and possibly fasteners or nails or whatever we need to hold the panels together.
